If we look at the definition of toxic we can see that “something that is poisonous to living things, especially living organisms”.

Then you have the narcissist who can hurt their partner mentally. what do you do if this is you. As I said, getting out seems the easy answer but most find it tough to make that leap.

It’s almost as if they are frozen in time and caught in a loop where they put up with the same stuff every day.

What’s the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result.
